Who appoints the valuer for bank financing?+
The appointment route can depend on the bank and financing purpose. Check with your banker, or contact us with the bank name so we can guide you on the next appropriate step.
What happens during a property inspection?+
Our team will coordinate access and inspect the property as required for the valuation. The exact requirements depend on the property and valuation purpose.
How are valuation fees confirmed?+
Send us the case details. We will review the scope and confirm the applicable fee. Work proceeds after the fee is agreed and formal instruction is received where required.
How long will the valuation take?+
